Founder
Pehtee-Nu is built by Ariel Sama, who spent 14 years in network engineering, IT service management and product roles at Orange, one of the largest telecommunications groups in Africa. He later completed an MBA with a specialization in financial mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs), where the regulatory question behind this venture first took shape.
Pehtee-Nu is his first venture, built at the intersection of that operating experience and a specific, verified gap in how financial oversight treats AI agents that initiate transactions.
Where this is headed
Pehtee-Nu LLC was formed in August 2026. The work now is understanding exactly who feels the gap most acutely, and building toward the product that closes it, as agent-initiated payments become a larger part of how enterprises move money.
